As Asili, we truly believe that one of the most important aspects of any trip, whether for leisure or business, is the experience we come away with. Our Mission is to provide the most memorable guest experiences - this is something we live and operate by in our business, day in and day out. While our crew take great care in maintaining our properties and our Customer Experience Director oversees those standards, our CEO makes it one of his regular tasks in personally spot-checking our property standards!
Your Safety & Security 24/7 resident security guards in our gated community, supported by a monitored CCTV system, access-controlled entry into our building, together with a smart door-entry system into each of our apartments. Inside, we supply as standard, a fire blanket, fire extinguishers (both CO2 for electrical and water for naked flames - quite unique compared to other property rentals) and a First Aid kit. Emergency service, local hospital and pharmacy numbers are also provided, including 24 hour contact numbers. Rechargeable torches are also provided.
Smart Door Entry All our properties comes fitted, as standard, with a Smart door-entry system, removing the need for our guests to carry keys around with them. No more bulging pockets, or sorting through a handbag for keys, when you return home after a tiring day! Our smart door-locks operate using a passcode which is assigned to you ahead of your arrival. Power outage - no problem! Our smart door-locks have their own internal power supply. Should this fail, worry not - we can be on our way to you in no time at all, unlocking the door, using our manual back-up key!
Welcome Pack Wow, a lovely touch! For every guest booking greater than one week stay, a complimentary welcome pack is available to you on check-in. Thoughtfully filled, our welcome pack provides just enough essentials to give you and your loved ones, that little pick-me-up after your long trip to Nairobi! Our welcome packs are especially appreciated by guests arriving late at night from a flight, and those who are unfamiliar with the locality and where to find such items late at night.
Awesome Wifi Hassle-free one-touch wifi access points are provided in all our properties - no need to lose time entering SSID and Password details! Signal strength everywhere! In Asili properties, we go the extra mile, bedrooms and living room have LAN cabling installed, ensuring consistency when it comes to signal strength throughout the property. Another example of the uniqueness of our properties - something you will find it hard to find in other properties, which are usually limited to a wifi router located in the living room.
For Coffee & Tea Lovers Nothing beats a really good coffee or that freshly brewed pot of tea, before facing the day ahead! For the coffee-lovers, we provide a bean-to-cup coffee machine, ensuring a delicious. Our machines are capable of producing a variety of hot coffee beverages, including Americano, Espresso and Cappuccino (oh and there's coco powder nearby, for that added treat!). Not to forget those who appreciate a refreshing cup of tea to start their day. For convenience, there's the ever-dutiful teabag. For that special treat, we provide an assortment of fresh tealeaves, strainer and a professional tea percolator. To finish off the perfect cuppa, tasteful cups, saucers and accessories are also provided.
Bugs Out! If you are one of those unlucky people to whom mosquitos have an attraction to, no need to worry! Unlike the coastal areas, our Nairobi properties have significantly less challenges, when it comes to annoying mosquitos. That said, for your added comfort, we provide plug-in anti-mosquito devices, usually effective after one hour from plug in.

Crisp, matte finish, cooler feel percale weave-type for warmer climate comfort. Classic white in colour, signaling cleanliness and sophistication. Subtle piping or embroidery, for that bespoke touch. The Perfect Mattress Nothing comes close to an awesome nights sleep! Our mattresses are not the standard mattresses you will find in most rentals - we spend considerably more money when choosing the perfect mattress for an awesome nights sleep. Our mattress, coupled with the provided high quality bed linen, the black-out curtains, topped off with a calming yet cosy bedroom design, make for what we believe could be one of your best nights sleep - ever!
Towels You Will Love Our carefully selected towels are 100% long-staple Egyptian cotton, for that soft feeling and absorbent functionality. 600–700 GSM for plushness. Combed cotton for that stronger and softer weave. Our double-stitched Bath Towel typically measures 147cm x 76cm (30" x 58"), paired with our Hand Towel 41cm x 76cm (16" x 30") and Washcloth 33cm x 33cm (13" x 13"), bathmats and cosy robes accompany. All matching classic white for that clean, fluffy and upscale feeling.
Electricity & Water Unlike many properties in Kenya, we do not place any restrictions on the amount of electricity and water - including drinking water. Many properties come with a pre-paid electricity box. When the loaded credit runs out, guests have to top-up at added cost to their trip. At Asili, that never happens! Before any guest arrival, we top up our electricity smart meters, so that your stay is not interrupted in this way.
Power Outages Our properties come with a back-up generator which powers essential areas of the gated community and properties, in the event of a national grid power outage. We go the extra mile, providing additional power supply in the form of rechargeable torches, located in each room, together with a sizeable power bank, ensure you can access power for all those essential devices.
