While our trained team maintains our apartments and our Customer Experience Manager oversees service delivery, our Managing Director also conducts regular personal spot-checks — because we never host in a property we would not be happy to live in ourselves.
Safety, Security & Peace of Mind All Asili Crest apartments are located within secure, gated residential communities with 24/7 on-site security guards, supported by monitored CCTV and controlled access to residential buildings. Each apartment is fitted with: A smart door-entry system A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket A first aid kit Clearly displayed emergency contact information, including hospitals, pharmacies and 24-hour support numbers. Rechargeable torches are also provided for additional reassurance.
All Asili Crest apartments feature smart lock entry, removing the need for physical keys. Guests receive a secure access code prior to arrival, allowing simple and convenient entry throughout their stay. Smart locks operate independently of mains power and include internal battery backup. In the unlikely event of a failure, our team can provide immediate manual access support.
For guests staying one week or longer, Asili Crest provides a complimentary welcome pack, available in the apartment on arrival. Thoughtfully prepared, the welcome pack includes a selection of essential items designed to make your first evening and morning more comfortable — particularly for guests arriving late, after long flights, or those unfamiliar with the local area. It is a small but deliberate touch, reflecting our belief that comfort and consideration matter most at the start of a stay.
All Asili Crest apartments are equipped with high-speed fibre-optic internet, delivered via 5G-capable routers to ensure fast, stable connectivity. To maintain consistent signal strength throughout the apartment, Wi-Fi repeaters are installed in bedrooms and living areas — a rare feature in residential rentals and particularly valued by business travellers and long-stay guests. Our Wi-Fi speed is usually 60Mbps (up to 3 times faster than what the typical Airbnb competitor apartments come with!)
For guests who appreciate a great start to the day, our apartments are thoughtfully equipped for coffee and tea enjoyment. Our two-bedroom apartment features a premium JURA bean-to-cup coffee machine, allowing guests to enjoy barista-quality coffee at the touch of a button. A variety of cup sizes, accessories and coffee-to-go cups are provided. For our one-bedroom apartments, you can usually find either a French press or an Italian coffee cooker. All apartments come with instant coffee as a back-up. Across all apartments, tea drinkers will find a selection of teas, including loose-leaf options, along with a strainer and professional tea percolator.
Nairobi’s altitude naturally reduces mosquito activity compared to coastal regions. For added comfort, plug-in mosquito repellent devices are provided in all Asili Crest apartments. Some of our apartments have Mosquito Nets installed, be sure to advise us in advance of travel, if Mosquito Nets are an important part of your stay with us.

Towels You’ll Appreciate We provide hotel-standard cotton towels, selected for softness, absorbency and durability. Towels are supplied in either classic white and neutral cream tones, ensuring comfort while maintaining presentation standards over time.
Electricity, Water & Gas — Always Available Unlike many rentals in Kenya, Asili Crest does not restrict electricity, water or gas usage. We proactively manage utility supplies to ensure your stay is uninterrupted. Drinking water is provided throughout your stay.
Power Reliability — An Asili Crest Signature All Asili Crest apartments at Riara One Residency are fitted with in-apartment electrical power back-up systems, ensuring continued operation of lighting, sockets, appliances and Wi-Fi during power interruptions. This is an exclusive Asili Crest investment and a meaningful differentiator within the Riara One Residency.
Early Arrival & Late Departure We understand travel schedules are not always convenient. Where availability allows, we are happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests to make arrivals and departures more comfortable.
